SKY RC e455 Balance Charger

The SKY RC e455 charger with a built-in balancer is a very simple “box-style” charger for recreational drivers and pilots, powered by AC, for charging 2-4S LiPo, LiFe, LiHV, and 6-8-cell NiMH batteries. It’s the ideal complement to “kit” models, allowing for easy charging at home, or an excellent travel companion when you don’t want to “lug around” a large, heavy, and expensive charger. The charger’s 50 W output is the same as that of Equilibrium 3.5 or Raytronic C15 class chargers with displays; you can set the charging current to 1, 2, 3, or 4 A. And so that you can gauge the battery’s charge level even without a display, an LED indicator shows charge levels of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% during charging.

The battery being charged is connected using power cables plugged into the charger’s output (XT60 connector) and to the built-in balancer via a service connector; the charger is equipped with a universal balancer connector (2S, 3S, 4S) for JST-XH system connectors. To connect a kit with a different service connector, you will need the appropriate adapter.
