Yokomo Super Drift is a successor of the YD-2 platform, which was rightfully the world's most popular and most common representative of this class.The next evolution of this chassis SD 2.0 mainly offers a revised centre of gravity and Ackermann steering geometry to achieve higher speeds and a direct steering feel.Chassis variants to choose from:
Rookie Drift RD 2.0
- An updated basic plastic version that will suit all beginners and advanced drivers.
- New 4-gear transmission, quick-access differential and a motor position closer to the rear axle.
- New design of the lower and upper chassis plate, suspension arms and other parts, along with revised Ackermann steering geometry.
Super Drift SD 2.0
- Upgrade variant with carbon plates and selected aluminum parts.
- Variable open aluminum gearbox with selectable 3-gear or 4-gear drive.
- Innovated aluminum slide-rack steering and Ackermann geometry.
- Aluminum shock absorbers, shock towers, suspension mounts and integrated front wheel axles.
Master Drift MD 2.0
- Updated top-end version with carbon chassis plates and carbon/aluminum parts.
- Open aluminum transmission with four gears and easy access to the differential.
- Innovated aluminum slide-rack steering and Ackermann geometry.
- Aluminum shocks, shock towers and more.
This kit does not include any electronic components, wheels, or bodyshell.
