The BD380+ is a powerful discharge unit (an external load for compatible SkyRC chargers) that allows you to discharge batteries at currents up to 40 A (at a maximum power of 380 W) and to measure and compare battery performance. When used with a compatible SkyRC charger and the Charge Master PC software or mobile app, the BD380+ enables precise measurement of battery capacity under fully controllable and repeatable conditions—so when selecting the best battery for your application, you won’t just be guessing; you’ll have “hard numbers” to rely on.

The BD380+ is much more than just a simple battery discharger or load tester. It can test virtually all types of batteries—regardless of cell type or number—up to a total voltage of 30 V.

The BD380+ is housed in a durable aluminum enclosure with a powerful fan and uses a pair of cables—power and signal—to connect to the control charger.

The discharger can operate completely independently to discharge batteries with voltages ranging from 5.9 to 30.0 V (e.g., 2S LiPo) or in conjunction with a compatible SkyRC charger to discharge batteries with voltages ranging from 3.0 to 30.0 V (including 1S LiPo).
Four operating modes: Constant Current (CC), Constant Resistance (CR), Constant Power (CP) for discharging batteries, and Constant Voltage mode for stress testing stabilized AC power supplies
The discharger can be controlled using the dial/button on the unit itself or via the “Sky Charger” mobile app using a Bluetooth connection.
When used with a compatible charger, it is also possible to display, analyze, and save measured data using the Charge Master PC software.
