The popular KAVAN Alpha 1500 and Beta 1400 beginner gliders are now also available as complete RTF sets, supplied with the KAVAN V5 radio, R6L receiver, and a LiPo battery pack with a C3 charger.
Beta is a durable elementary trainer and motor glider with a 1400 mm wingspan and a folding propeller. It is therefore an ideal choice for learning correct model handling, the basics of aerobatics, and thermal flying. As in the ARF version, it is equipped with a C2814-1400 brushless motor, a 20A ESC, and four digital servos.
Alpha is a more advanced motor glider with a 1500 mm wingspan, suitable as a second step model for powered, thermal, and aerobatic flying, while still flying as obediently as a beginner model. It is supplied with a pre-installed C2836-1200 brushless motor, a 30A ESC, and four digital servos.
KAVAN V5 is a 24-channel RC transmitter running on the ECOS operating system, using the 2.4GHz ACCESS or ACCST transmission system, with full telemetry support. It is intuitive, affordable, and it also includes a range of advanced functions, making it suitable for more advanced models. The robust plastic body with proven ergonomics provides a firm and comfortable grip and fits perfectly in the hand. It also supports simulator connection using only a USB-C cable.
