NITROLUX ENERGY3 OFF ROAD PRO 16% BY WEIGHT EU NO LICENCE (1 L.)

This is the NITROLUX ENERGY3 OFF ROAD PRO 16% EU fuel.

Given the current European regulations on explosive precursors and the limitation of using a maximum of 16% by weight of nitromethane in the mixtures supplied to end customers without a license, the Nitrolux technical team together with team drivers have been testing new components for several months. As a result, we have developed our own synthetic oils and formulas to get the most out of this blend, get better lubrication with the aim of giving more power to the engines and minimize the lack of nitromethane in the blend.

This fuel has already been used in some competitions by some of the team drivers, such as the European Championship in Barcelos, Portugal, demonstrating great performance on very demanding tracks and conditions.

Tax is levied on model fuel in accordance with the Excise Duty Act. This means that modelling fuel is subject to tax under the Consumer Tax Act. The price is inclusive of excise duty

The acquisition, import, possession or use of this product by the general public is restricted by Regulation (EU) 2019/1148. All suspicious transactions and significant disappearances and thefts should be reported to the relevant National Contact Point.

Sale and registration of model fuels containing nitromethane
One of the explosives precursors subject to restriction under Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 and Act No. 225/2022 Coll. on explosives precursors and amending related laws is nitromethane; as a result, only model fuels containing up to 16 % nitromethane by weight can be sold to consumers from 1 February 2021. According to Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1148, the sale of fuels with a higher nitromethane content is only possible to professional users, which are natural or legal persons or a public entity or a group of such persons or entities that have a demonstrable need for a restricted explosives precursor for purposes related to their trade, business or profession. Their identity shall be verified and the sale recorded. Records must be kept for at least 5 years and made available for inspection by the competent authorities on request.
