Advanced 18-channel tray-style RC set using FASSTest-2.4GHz telemetry transmission system for sport and advanced recreational modellers and their simple, complex and giant models. The transmitter can also be switched to T-FHSS Air (also telemetry), FASST Multi/7ch and S-FHSS transmission modes to use the full range of Futaba aircraft receivers with and without telemetry. With the R7208SB receiver included in the kit, you have 8 PWM channels for conventional servos (or 16 channels when using the 2-receiver mode) or the full 18 channels via the S.BUS and S.BUS2 buses; as well as telemetry data on receiver supply voltage, the voltage of an additional external (e.g. drive) battery and signal strength received by the receiver. Additional telemetry data can be obtained from additional telemetry sensors connected to the S.BUS2 bus.
The FX-36 transmitter in a perfect tray-fit features precision sticks with adjustable ratchet/self-centring, 6 toggle switches, 2 slide switches, 6 digital dial trims and 2 proportional dials. The transmitter offers the option of installing additional lever switches or switches in the sticks. A pair of push buttons and a large backlit colour LCD touchscreen for easy orientation in the intuitive menu are used for programming. The FX-36 has a memory for 30 models unlimitedly expandable via SD card, and has a wide range of advanced mix functions for aerobatic aircraft, gliders, helicopters and multicopters. In addition to displaying telemetry data on the screen, there is a voice output of telemetry in the headphone socket (not included in the kit). The FX-36 is equipped with a trainer socket and allows programming and setting of S.BUS servos.
A 6-cell 1800 mAh NiMH battery or a 2S 2200 mAh LiFe battery (sold separately) can be used for power.
