The CRX3 PERF ULTIMATE is Hobbytech's brand new crawler, developed specifically for the rapidly growing Performance Scale category. Rather than simply adapting an existing platform, the CRX3 PERF ULTIMATE was designed from the ground up to combine a realistic scale appearance with the capabilities and performance expected by today's competitive racers.

Featuring a specially developed chassis, premium components and a suspension designed to offer maximum efficiency on technical terrain, the CRX3 PERF ULTIMATE embodies Hobbytech's vision of what a true Performance Scale crawler should be.

Each chassis receives its own numbered plate, directly integrated into the carbon structure.

The competition format: freedom and personalization
The high-end central transmission offers excellent robustness while allowing the motor to be positioned forward. It is mounted on an angled skid, which improves ground clearance and optimizes the transmission placement. This design also allows for the installation of "Fusion Pro" type motors. The new carbon chassis features numerous mounting points for the suspension links, providing maximum adjustability and allowing the crawler's handling to be tailored to each individual driver.

• Wolf shock absorbers need no introduction: efficient and fully adjustable, they allow for fine-tuning the vehicle's handling. Mechanical components, such as drive shafts and gears, are of superior quality to ensure reliability and precision on demanding terrain. The new clipless body, compliant with competition regulations, gives the crawler a sporty look while facilitating access to the chassis.

The highlights of this Limited Edition

• The CNC-machined aluminum axles offer excellent clearance and high manufacturing precision. Thanks to the gantries at each end, they also optimize the gear ratio and improve the crawler's capabilities on technical terrain.
• One of the major strengths of this version remains the multitude of available adjustments. The steering servo can be installed in two different configurations: flat above the axle, to position the steering link behind the axle, or vertically behind the axle, in a low-profile position, to lower the center of gravity.
• The caster angle has three adjustment positions, while the front axle orientation, or clockage, can be adjusted using the upper link brackets.
• Without modification, the steering angle approaches 65°, providing excellent maneuverability in tight spaces and technical sections.

No-compromise heist
Thanks to a redesigned system, the steering is no longer limited by mechanical stops. This significantly increases the turning radius, offering exceptional adjustability. Each driver can adapt the steering angle to their preferences, servo, steering knuckles, and setup to achieve the best balance between turning radius, precision, and reliability.

CONFIGURATION 1
In this configuration, the servo is mounted above the bridge using the dedicated bracket.
Advantage: The BTA (Behind The Axle) steering bar allows the front of the bridge to be clear and limits the risk of snagging against obstacles.

CONFIGURATION 2
In this configuration, the servo is installed at the rear of the axle, as close as possible to the differential housing.
Advantages: lower center of gravity.
The offset bridge nose allows the servo to be mounted in an optimal position and the front of the chassis to be lowered even further.

Central Transmission
The central transmission is of superior quality, very robust, it allows the engine to be mounted towards the front.
This superb part is positioned on an inclined skid, which improves ground clearance and allows the transmission to be positioned to also allow the mounting of "FUSION PRO" engines.
The newly designed chassis is made of carbon and has numerous anchor points for suspension links.
